“Thirty percent of nonprofit employees are burnt out, and 20 percent are in danger of burning out, according to a survey conducted by Opportunity Knocks.” 2 Burnout hits Executive Directors the hardest as 60% of nonprofit leaders report feeling depleted after work. Burnout affects marginalized groups more than those who are members of non-marginalized groups.1

Consider reducing workloads, generating resources, or creating an environment where taking off is just as good as working.
