Remote Work Is Here To Stay

Before the pandemic, only 14% of the workforce worked remotely. That number has increased to a new baseline of 56% as of 2021.1 The majority of employees (83%) want to continue a remote working arrangement for some or all the time. Almost half (42%) want this kind of arrangement at least several times a week. One out of three employees wants this kind of arrangement several times a month.2 A third of the workforce plans to quit if they lose remote work options.3

It’s clear, remote work is the new norm. What can your nonprofit do to support this new demand?
